Create Memorable Guest Experiences
- Greet, acknowledge, and genuinely connect with guests
- Anticipate guest needs and go above expectations
- Engage with guests in the dining area through table visits
- Make each guest feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated
- Share menu knowledge and suggest thoughtful flavor combinations
- Handle guest concerns with care and resolve issues effectively
Deliver Accurate & Efficient Service
- Take and ring orders accurately using the POS system
- Process cash and credit transactions responsibly and securely
- Maintain accountability for register accuracy and cash handling
- Bus tables and support the dining room during peak periods
Maintain a Clean & Inviting Environment
- Keep service areas, dining room, restrooms, and equipment clean
- Proactively maintain overall restaurant appearance
- Never walk past an issue—take initiative to resolve it
Prepare Food with Care & Quality
- Prepare orders according to recipes, portioning, and quality standards
- Ensure food presentation meets brand expectations
- Restock and maintain food stations as needed
- Follow food safety and preparation procedures
