Job description:
Looking for an individual who has general working experience and or has general contractor experience in the following areas:
- Sheet rock work
- Tile work
- Cement work
- Light plumbing repairs
- Light electric repairs
- Painting
- Equipment installs, remove, transport
Required Skills and Proficiencies:
- Troubleshooting skills: Identifying problems and determining how to correct them.
- Able to carry and handling of equipment.
- Able to diagnose and repair commercial kitchen appliances is not required but a big plus.
- Able to work with light plumbing and repair.
- Able to diagnose and repair light electrical issues.
- Must be to repair of wall, paint.
Additional skills are a big plus, but not a requirement:
- Familiarity with HVAC components and systems and the ability to disassemble and reassemble complex systems.
- Familiarity with Hot Water heaters; Traditional Tank and Tankless Hot Water system
Hours and Travel:
- 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Availability to work past the schedule and work weekends if needed.
- Must have a driver's license and able to drive company Van or Truck
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
