Chick-fil-A Eatontown Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. We want to ensure that all our guests receive our signature Chick-fil-A service and food. The Front of House Team Member has the unique opportunity of providing our guests with our world-renowned guest service experiences, serve our delicious crave-able food in a timely manner, and ensuring that each order is correct in all aspects. They must be able to balance hard work, remain guest-focused, have keen attention to detail, have a willingness to work at a fast pace in a high intensity environment, and be able to excel in a team-minded environment. Our perfect candidate must be passionate about customer service and strive for excellence in all tasks both people and operations based.
The qualified Front of House Team Member candidate must be capable of working on their feet for 8-10 hours a day, able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds, have reliable transportation, and possess strong verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Deliver phenomenal memorable guest experiences to all of our guests.
- Provide Second Mile Service to our guests; going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service.
- Strive to build great relationships with fellow co-workers, as all positions require teamwork.
- Take orders on registers, providing correct change and accurate orders to guests.
- Quickly expedite and deliver food with 100% order accuracy.
- Keep all condiments, cups, drinks, desserts, and other stations stocked.
- Be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions of either summer or winter temperatures for entire shift.
- Maintain clean working environment.
- Follow all Chick-fil-A Grooming standards at all times, including but not limited to clean uniforms, clean trimmed beard, and no false fingernails.
- Maintain and follow strict adherence to Food Safety procedures.
- Follow all Chick-fil-A brand procedures to ensure Operational Excellence.
Job Qualifications:
- Able and willing to work 32 to 50 hours a week.
- Customer service oriented.
- Available to work early morning and/or late evening hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Detail orientated.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to multitask.
- Work well independently and in a team environment.
- Servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship.
