We’re one of Richmond’s busiest restaurant destinations, known for great energy, strong teams, craft cocktails, late-night crowds, and a fun-but-professional atmosphere. If you enjoy hospitality, teamwork, and fast-paced shifts where no two nights are the same, we’d love to meet you.
No hosting experience? That’s okay. We’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and hustle.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and confidence
- Manage reservations and waitlists using restaurant booking systems
- Coordinate seating flow with servers and managers
- Help create a smooth, high-energy guest experience
- Answer guest questions about menus, seating, and timing
- Support the team during busy dinner and weekend shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entry area

- Team-player mentality
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
