EAT Restaurant Partners, Richmond's largest independent and premiere restaurant group, is looking for a new Executive Chef at Red Salt Chophouse and Sushi in Short Pump to start in January of 2026.
Candidates should have the following experience:
- Fine Dining Background
- High Volume
- Private Dining coupled with A la Carte operations
- Advanced understanding of both Labor and Food Cost Controls
- Experience leading a team of 10-15 direct reports.
