As a Busser at Belair Cantina, you will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment providing support to the Front of House team and setting up dining areas to the high standards of quality our restaurant is known for. Attention to detail, a thorough approach to cleaning / sanitization, and strong organizational skills are essential for this role. You will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:       

Clearing dishes on dirty tables      

Wiping Down tables and sweeping dining areas       

Communicating with Host team what tables are open     

Ability to walk, stand, & bend for extended periods of time    

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment     

Ensure table Salsas are fully stocked & clean for next guests    

Assist Dishwasher by scraping and stacking dirty dishes in dish pit     

Take out and reline garbages around the restaurant    

Fill ice bins in all service areas as needed     

Stock salsa, cups, utensils and napkins as needed

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive demeanor

Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Qualifications:

stamina to stand for extended periods and walk for up to six hours at a time with brief time to sit intermittingly.

The team member may  lift/move heavy trays or bus tubs up to 50 pounds
