The Toro, Toro, Toro, Inc. group is looking for a talented Catering & Events Manager to oversee catering and event functions across multiple Belair Cantina locations. As the Catering & Events Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Catering & Event Program activities, ensuring they align with the company's goals. This is a salaried position with additional commissions based on sales revenue generated.
Responsibilities:
- Manage catering and event functions at various locations
- Ensure activities align with company objectives
- Utilize excellent time management and organizational skills
- Provide outstanding service to guests
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Catering & Events management experience
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including weekends and flexible hours
- Travel to other company stores required
- Must have a valid driver's license
