As a Clawmoji team member, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll assist customers with our claw machines, answer questions, and ensure everyone leaves satisfied and happy with their experience. Providing warm, attentive, and upbeat customer service is the most important part of this role—we want every guest to feel valued and have fun.
Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and organized arcade. This means sweeping and mopping floors, keeping machines and common areas tidy, and regularly cleaning and maintaining our automatic cotton candy machine to ensure it’s always ready for use. You’ll also be trained to use our POS system to dispense coins and assist guests with transactions in a smooth and efficient way.
