As a PM Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in maintaining these standards during our critical evening hours.
Position Summary
The PM Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Chick-fil-A's evening operations, ensuring excellent service, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will lead by example, managing a team of 20+ during peak hours, solving problems on the fly, and driving a culture of hospitality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house evening operations
- Ensure high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Manage labor and food costs during PM hours to align with daily and weekly goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop team leaders and team members through active feedback and performance evaluations
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and health protocols are followed
- Communicate effectively with AM leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Execute nightly closing procedures and reporting
- Handle customer complaints or incidents with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations (Chick-fil-A experience preferred but not required)
- Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in leading and developing people
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for servant leadership and team development
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays (closed on Sundays)
- Must be 18 years or older
