Job Summary 

Owns the overall performance of the location — sales, profitability, the team, and the guest experience. The General Manager is accountable for running a store that is noticeably cleaner and better-run than the competition. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Full accountability for daily operations and store results 
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop the entire team 
  • Manage the P&L: sales, labor, food cost, and other controllables 
  • Maintain brand, food-safety, and cleanliness standards at all times 
  • Drive local-store marketing, catering, and community involvement 
  • Oversee inventory, vendor ordering, and administrative reporting 
  • Build a positive culture and a bench of promotable talent 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast-casual preferred) 
  • Proven leadership and P&L / cost-management results 
  • ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain) 
  • Must be 18+ with open availability 

Physical Requirements 

  • Stand and move for extended periods 
  • Lift up to ~30 lbs
