Job Summary
Owns the overall performance of the location — sales, profitability, the team, and the guest experience. The General Manager is accountable for running a store that is noticeably cleaner and better-run than the competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Full accountability for daily operations and store results
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop the entire team
- Manage the P&L: sales, labor, food cost, and other controllables
- Maintain brand, food-safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Drive local-store marketing, catering, and community involvement
- Oversee inventory, vendor ordering, and administrative reporting
- Build a positive culture and a bench of promotable talent
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast-casual preferred)
- Proven leadership and P&L / cost-management results
- ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+ with open availability
Physical Requirements
- Stand and move for extended periods
- Lift up to ~30 lbs
