Job Summary
Supports the General Manager in running the location day to day — leading the team, protecting service standards, and helping manage operations and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise shifts, direct the crew, and help build schedules
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Manage inventory, place vendor orders, and help control food and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with food-safety and brand standards
- Handle cash management, deposits, and daily reporting
- Resolve escalated guest issues
- Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence
Qualifications
- 1+ year of restaurant or retail supervisory experience
- Must be 18+
- Leadership, organization, and basic understanding of cost/P&L controls
- ServSafe or equivalent certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible, open availability
Physical Requirements
- Stand and move for entire shifts
- Lift up to ~30 lbs
