Job Summary
Runs the floor during assigned shifts. Shift Leaders lead the crew in the moment, keep service and quality high, and handle opening/closing duties alongside management.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations during shifts and assign crew to stations
- Coach, motivate, and support crew members on the line
- Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and deposits
- Uphold food quality, food-safety, and cleanliness standards
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Monitor prep levels and product availability throughout the shift
- Step in on any station — register, slicer, grill, prep — as needed
Qualifications
- 6+ months of QSR/food-service or team-lead experience preferred
- Must be 18+ (slicer operation)
- Strong communication, dependability, and problem-solving under pressure
- Flexible availability, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts
Physical Requirements
- Stand and move for entire shifts
- Lift up to ~30 lbs
