Responsibilities:
- Present and educate our customers on manufacturer recommendations and preventative maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance
- Perform various automotive maintenance tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Qualifications:
- Automotive knowledge and/or experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
