Rate of pay$10.25 - 12.5 per hour

The Team Member works productively and professionally as part of the restaurant team and independently while delivering products to customers.  They perform their job responsibilities in such a way that all customers are satisfied, the products they make are of high quality, and they contribute to a safe, clean and comfortable work environment.


Nature & Scope:


The Team Member receives direction from the restaurant management team and Little Caesars training materials to effectively perform their job.  Team Members will practice the established procedures and use the proper tools associated with taking and preparing customer orders and maintaining the restaurant. Team Members may be required to be proficient at each of the stations in the store and must also be willing to signdance as requested.  Team Members need to work in cooperation with other team members and management to achieve restaurant goals. Team Members will be scheduled according to our business needs and therefore no guarantee of hours can be made. This position requires physical work such as lifting, squatting and standing for long periods of time. 


Related Work Requirements:  

  • The ability to lift and move 55 pounds.
  • The ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground.
  • The ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly; i.e., the sheeter machine (18 or over), vertical cutting mixer (18 or over), cheese cups, pan grippers, spatula, pizza dough cutter, can opener, scales, microwave, telephone, computer system, etc.
  • The ability to apply pressure to cut through and to clean products.
  • The ability to communicate to customers and co-workers 
  • The ability to understand direction, instructions and product specifications.
  • The ability to process and complete customer’s orders.

Qualifications: 

The Team Member must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Be dependable and hard working with the ability to handle pressure situations and stress.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude toward others.
  • Possess the ability to understand and follow direction and instructions.
  • Possess a flexible schedule with adequate availability for shift assignments.
  • Possess a positive and contributing attitude with a willingness to help the store and other Team Members succeed.
  • Possess the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.


Performance Measures & Goals:  

  • Serves customers according to the Customer Service Standards, the Priority Guidelines and the Remedy Process.
  • Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures as shown on the station job helpers and as described in the CARDS materials.
  • Displays the proper image as outlined in the Enterprise Food Services, Inc. Employee Handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
  • Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas in accordance with store checklists as assigned to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as described in the Little Caesars ORG manual and as directed by management staff.
  • Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Enterprise Food Services, Inc. Employee Handbook, during orientation, and governed by government agencies.
  • Follows Little Caesars policies procedures and standards of conduct as outlined in the Enterprise Food Services, Inc. Employee Handbook, during orientation, and as directed by management.
