Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- The team leader will assist Managers to operationally run a smooth shift without compromising the guest experience
- Required to work in culinary positions including line assembly, prep, and breading
- Ensure food safety principles at all times including but not exclusive to Daily SAFE, reducing the raw footprint, personal hygiene and handwashing procedures
- Assist in supporting all aspects of their work area including working with managers and directors to ensure all areas are functioning properly
- Continuously train, coach, mentor team members to build a culture of learning and growth
- Able to asses bottlenecks and operational issues and coordinates with Sr
- Able to command the floor in Sr
- Uphold high standard of cleanliness
- Able to keep team focused and hold team accountable
- Establish communication and accountability lines to
- BOH team to minimize hold times, run an efficient kitchen, and maintain positive culture
- Help create a team atmosphere amongst kitchen and front and reinforce a positive atmosphere in the midst of busy times
- Offer and receive peer-to-peer coaching and accountability to continually improve the business, with key emphasis on operations
- Successfully communicates all systems, procedures and processes to team members
- Embodies the restaurants vision of “Inspire, Motivate, Serve”
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
