As the Talent & Training Director, you will oversee the full cycle of talent development—from hiring and onboarding to training and leadership growth. Your role will be central to ensuring every team member feels valued, equipped, and inspired to reach their potential.

Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members
- Create and implement training systems for both new hires and seasoned team members
- Oversee leadership development initiatives, providing coaching and mentorship
- Partner with Directors and team leaders to ensure alignment with company values and performance standards
- Track and measure progress on training goals, performance, and retention
- Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience (training, hiring, or team development preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others
- Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values and a passion for developing people
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary ($21–27/hr + overtime eligibility, depending on role and experience)
- Quarterly performance-based bonus program (up to 8% of wages) tied to Food Safety, Guest Satisfaction, IPO, and Sales goals
