What you'll do:
- Run shifts efficiently ensuring excellent guest service and cleanliness
- Demonstrate proficiency in all restaurant positions
- Coach team on company and food safety standards
- Maintain adequate team levels to meet labor cost standards
- Ensure quality products are served promptly
- Delegate cleaning tasks and ensure product rotation
- Cross-train team effectively
- Observe daily inventory levels
- Ensure completion of Quality Control Checklist and First In-First Out product rotation
Qualifications:
- A genuine smile!
- 1+ year managerial experience preferred
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- Dependability
- ServSafe Managerial Certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Stand for long periods without sitting
- Walk fast-paced, bend, reach, and stoop
- Lift/carry varying weights
