Weekend Food Prep & Dining Room Attendant

A Culver's Food Preparation Position generally involves preparing food, ensuring quality, and contributing to the overall dining experience. Prep team members work to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, readying ingredients for cooking and ensuring a high standard of quality. They may also be responsible for tasks like cleaning, stocking, and assisting in other kitchen duties. Food prep is from 9am-11am. After prep is completed the team member then goes to Front of House to be the Dining Room Attendant from 11am-5pm. A Culver's dining room attendant, also known as a front of house team member, is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. They handle customer orders, prepare and serve food, and ensure the dining area is tidy and ready for guests.

  • Food Preparation:
  • This includes tasks like washing, chopping, slicing, and prepping ingredients for various menu items. 
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensuring all food preparation adheres to Culver's quality standards, including freshness, safety, and proper handling of food. 
  • Kitchen Maintenance:
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly. 
  • Customer Service:
  • While primarily focused on food prep, prep team members may also assist with customer service by delivering food or answering questions. 
  • Teamwork:
  • Prep team members will likely work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation

Dining Room Attendant Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests: Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant. 
  • Taking orders: Accurately record customer orders and enter them into the system. 
  • Serving food and beverages: Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Culver's standards. 
  • Maintaining cleanliness: Ensure the dining area is clean and organized, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and restocking supplies.
