As a line cook at Go Loco Street Tacos & Burritos, your main responsibility will be to prepare and cook food quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and cleanliness. Specific job duties may include:

• Preparing ingredients for recipes
• Cooking and assembling food items, such as tacos, burritos, and nachos
• Keeping work stations clean and organized
• Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensuring that food is cooked to order and meets customer specifications
• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
• Assisting with other duties as needed, such as cleaning and restocking supplies
• The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for cooking and a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred, but not required. You should be able to work well under pressure and be able to multitask effectively. Additionally, you should be able to follow recipes and instructions accurately and have excellent attention to detail.
