Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with precision and artistry to achieve optimal results for guests
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess guest needs, educate them about available treatment options, and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services, additional treatments, and promoting skincare products
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships through exceptional customer service, follow-up communication, and ongoing support
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and guest retention rates
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques through continuous education and training
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and before-and-after photos
• Participate in internal and external events as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment and adhere to all sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
• Legally certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant within the jurisdiction of
New York State
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and product knowledge, with a focus on delivering natural-looking results
• Proven track record of exceptional sales performance, with the ability to effectively promote products and services and close sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment, with a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
