Who we are:
The team that brought Beach Bum Tanning, European Wax Center, and Orangetheory Fitness to Long Island is now preparing to disrupt the aesthetics industry in New York. VIO Med Spa is the largest medical spa franchise in the country and will soon be the largest in New York. We are looking to grow our already successful team. Primary Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out process
• Actively participate in sales initiatives to promote skincare products, memberships, and services, including participating in internal and external events as needed
• Capture, qualify, and respond to all inbound leads
• Process payments accurately and maintain the overall cleanliness of the front desk and spa
• Respond to all inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other sources with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Scheduling appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
• Opening and closing of the spa
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a desire to stay updated on industry trends
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bilingual is a plus
