We’re currently looking for Full-Time Days Team Members who are ready to bring energy, positivity, and care to everything they do. This position does require availability from 6:30am-5pm Monday through Saturday (although will only be scheduled for either a Friday or a Saturday each week, based on the needs of the business).
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—creating memorable experiences for every guest. That might look like:
- Greeting guests with a smile and genuine enthusiasm
- Taking orders inside and outside (yes, even in the drive-thru line, so you must be able to work outside)
- Preparing drinks, desserts, and bagging orders with accuracy
- Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
- Making real connections with guests—not just transactions

Schedule & Expectations
- Full-time days (6:30am-5pm availability)
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather (sun, rain, snow)
- Must be able to work at both Draper and South Towne locations as needed

Basic Requirements
- 16 years or older
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to commit to at least 6 months at our store location (we do not hire for temporary/summer work)
- Able to pass a background check
- Obtain a Food Handler’s Permit if hired
- Maintain professional appearance (uniform standards apply)

If we feel you are a good fit you'll be invited to schedule a PHONE interview where we then call you. If you pass the phone interview then you'd be invited to schedule an IN-PERSON interview. If hired, you would complete all necessary paperwork (including needing a copy of your driver's license) and then scheduled for an off-site three-hour paid orientation.
