Guest Specialist Responsibilities:
- Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact and Speak Enthusiastically as you greet and serve each guest inside
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Remove trays from tables
- Provide table touch-ins to every guest dining in the restaurant
- Fill drink refills and make desserts
- Offer samples to guests dining in the restaurant and in the drive thru as needed
- Maintain high cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out)
- Restock items
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 16+ years of age
- Commit to working six (6) months or more
- Have reliable transportation to/from Chick-fil-A
- Must be able to work at the Sandy (South Towne Marketplace) and Draper locations as needed/scheduled
- Able to work weekends
- Punctual and Reliable
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift 25+ pounds
- Obtain a Food Handlers Certification if hired
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Maintain good hygiene and adhere to the uniform dress code at all times
- Have natural color hair and no tattoos on the face, neck or hands
