Guest Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact and Speak Enthusiastically as you greet and serve each guest inside
  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
  • Remove trays from tables
  • Provide table touch-ins to every guest dining in the restaurant
  • Fill drink refills and make desserts
  • Offer samples to guests dining in the restaurant and in the drive thru as needed
  • Maintain high cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out)
  • Restock items
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 16+ years of age
  • Commit to working six (6) months or more
  • Have reliable transportation to/from Chick-fil-A
  • Must be able to work at the Sandy (South Towne Marketplace) and Draper locations as needed/scheduled
  • Able to work weekends
  • Punctual and Reliable
  • Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 25+ pounds
  • Obtain a Food Handlers Certification if hired
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Maintain good hygiene and adhere to the uniform dress code at all times
  • Have natural color hair and no tattoos on the face, neck or hands
