Leadership & Business Development Experience
The leadership development portion of this role is designed to provide real-world experience in operations, people development, culture, and business ownership.
Service & Production Leads will have opportunities to:
- Meet regularly with the Owner/Operator or senior leadership team for coaching, feedback, and mentorship
- Own, improve, and develop a specific area of the business
- Participate in conversations surrounding operations, leadership, culture, marketing, sales growth, and profitability
- Learn how key business metrics impact restaurant performance
- Lead projects and initiatives that create measurable results
- Develop problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills through hands-on experience
- Receive feedback and coaching designed to prepare them for future leadership opportunities
- Gain exposure to what it takes to successfully lead and operate a business
This is not a shadowing role. Service & Production Leads are entrusted with real responsibility and are expected to contribute meaningful value to the organization while growing personally and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Lead and support both service and production areas of the business
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with urgency, care, and professionalism
- Help maintain Operational Excellence in food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Support the training, coaching, and development of team members
- Lead shifts and help create clarity, energy, and accountability for the team
- Set the tone for culture, hospitality, performance, and teamwork
- Coach team members and hold them accountable to expectations
- Open and/or close the restaurant
- Serve as a key holder when assigned
- Count cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, and guests
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutions
- Assist in achieving restaurant goals related to service, quality, people development, sales, and profitability

Previous leadership experience as a shift leader, supervisor, team lead, assistant manager, restaurant manager, or similar role is preferred but not required.
