Availability Requirements:

  • Position Type: Part-Time
  • Saturday availability IS REQUIRED. This is not a Monday–Friday only position
  • Multiple shift options available, including morning, lunch, and closing shifts

What You’ll Do:

  • Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say “My Pleasure”
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble food to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Keep kitchen areas clean, stocked, and organized
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training
  • Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
  • Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
  • Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant
  • Contribute to a fun, caring, and team-oriented environment
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Display a professional, positive attitude at all times
  • Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Receive and apply feedback to grow professionally
  • Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays)
  • Able to lift 5–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
