Role Overview

The Marketing Director helps drive brand awareness, community engagement, and catering growth through event planning, marketing initiatives, and local outreach. This is a hands-on, part-time role working closely with the Operator and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing events (in-store & community)
  • Create and manage a marketing plan & calendar
  • Seek and grow catering opportunities
  • Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations
  • Host and coordinate events at the restaurant
  • Ensure all marketing reflects Chick-fil-A brand standards

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable engaging with guests and the community
  • Event planning or marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to work some evenings/weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or higher
