A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Availability Requirements:
- Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Saturday availability is required
- This is not a Monday–Friday only position
- Multiple shift options available, including morning, lunch, and closing shifts

General Team Expectations:
- Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep

- Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training
- Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
- Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
- Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Display a professional, positive attitude at all times
- Adhere to dress code and appearance standards

What You'll Do:
- Lead shifts, coach team members, and model excellent service
- Support daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
- Train new hires, run shift huddles, and ensure smooth open/close procedures in prep operations
- Communicate daily prep assignments clearly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor guidelines
- Foster a fun, caring, and high-performance team environment
- Complete daily setup sheets and plan for success
- Demonstrates urgency and willingness to correct all issues
- Complete daily and weekly checklists
- Ensure compliance with Ecosure, health department, labor laws, Pathway/ORG procedures and operator goals
- Manages and coaches food safety best practices
- Manages labor laws specific to Minor laws and Employee breaks
- Manage daily labor cost to achieve a remarkable guest experience and labor %
- Manage daily food cost
- Manage Maintenance costs
- Demonstrates Care for equipment, proper maintenance, and reports any issues immediately
- Uses BOH systems (AHA, LEAN, Breading iPads) to ensure operational success
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete daily and weekly checklists to reach specific goals
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
