Availability Requirements:
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Saturday availability is required
- This is not a Monday–Friday only position
- Multiple shift options available, including morning and closing shifts

General Team Expectations:
- Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep
- Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4: Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say “My Pleasure”
- Execute position-specific best practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge through in-house training
- Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
- Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
- Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Display a professional, positive attitude at all times
- Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Receive and apply feedback to grow professionally
- Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Do:
- Support daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
- Ensure smooth open/close procedures in prep operations
- Execute daily prep assignments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor guidelines
- Foster a fun, caring, and high-performance team environment
- Demonstrates urgency and willingness to correct all issues
- Complete daily and weekly checklists
- Ensure compliance with Ecosure, health department, labor laws, Pathway/ORG procedures and Operator goals
- Demonstrates Care for equipment, proper maintenance, and reports any issues immediately
- Uses BOH systems (AHA, LEAN, Breading iPads) to ensure operational success
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete daily and weekly checklists to reach specific goals
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Professional, strong work ethic, and a heart for service
