As a leader in the restaurant, a Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:
- Leadership of front counter, drive-thru, catering, and/or food production operations.
- Starts by ensuring that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking of orders, delivering the food in a timely manner, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation.
- Ensuring that the store as a whole is ready to serve the next guest by ensuring that the store is clean, stocked, and organized.
- Checking for uniform deficiencies and smiling faces on all team members who could possibly come into contact with a guest.
- Constantly be in contact with the leadership team and Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility at that time and is responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant.
- Ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences.
- Setting the standard for signature service and therefore must lead by example. To do this, Managers need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-a brand.
- Inspiring members of your team through cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done.
