Front of House Team Member – Daytime Availability Preferred

We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Team Members who can deliver our signature hospitality and second-mile service with excellence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and providing an experience that goes above and beyond expectations.
Daytime Availability is a Plus!
We are especially looking for team members who can work a combination of shifts between:
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Breakfast and Lunch)
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Lunch and Dinner)
We can also accommodate a mix of daytime and evening availability for those looking for flexibility.
What You’ll Do:
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Chick-fil-A and a key part of our guests’ dining experience. You will:
- Smile, create and maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Approach guests proactively to ensure they have everything they need
- Refresh beverages, clear trays, and provide second-mile service
- Keep the dining room clean and inviting (wipe tables, sweep floors, empty trash)
- Restock condiment and beverage stations as needed
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Multitask quickly yet thoroughly while maintaining accuracy and care
- Follow Chick-fil-A’s standards, rules, and dress code at all times
- Handle cash
- Other duties as assigned
