Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Experience with multi-entity accounting strongly preferred

Real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, or other multi-location business experience is highly desirable

Ability to manage confidential and sensitive financial information with discretion

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple businesses, deadlines, and projects simultaneously

The Right Person

We are looking for more than someone who simply prepares financial statements. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader and problem solver who takes ownership of the accounting function, helps keep the corporate office organized and operating effectively, and have the desire to advance in their career and help develop others to advance.

You should be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where businesses are growing, priorities can change quickly, and management relies on you for accurate information and sound judgment. You should also be willing to dig into the details when necessary while maintaining a clear understanding of the bigger financial picture.
