VDM Management is searching for a creative, organized, get-it-done type of person to help support marketing and promotions across our 46 Little Caesars locations. This role mixes graphic design, campaign tracking, local store marketing, catering promotions, and a little bit of website work to keep things interesting.
No two days look the same! One day you may be designing, the next you’re building an Excel report, helping plan a catering push, or updating a webpage.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing graphics for promos, events, social media, and in-store marketing
• Tracking marketing campaigns and promotions using Excel / reports
• Helping create local store marketing ideas that bring customers through the door
• Supporting catering growth (yes… lots of pizza orders)
• Making simple website updates in WordPress
• Assisting with social media, emails, and digital promotions
• Working with store teams to roll out fun, effective marketing ideas
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
• Know your way around Canva, Adobe, or other design tools
• Actually enjoy organizing things in Excel (we know you exist)
• Have basic WordPress or website editing knowledge
• Like being creative but also like seeing numbers go up
• Can handle multiple projects without losing your mind
• Don’t mind visiting different locations from time to time
• Think pizza is always a good idea
