Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage resources including stock, and staff
- Lead recruitment, training, and appraisal of kitchen staff
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Motivate and support your team to meet performance goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and teamworking skills
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Resourcefulness and confidence in managing kitchen operations
- Enthusiasm for leadership and setting a positive example
- Proficiency in managing stock control
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability on day shifts
- ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- Previous Chick-fil-A restaurant, kitchen, or leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
