Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present daily specials and core menu items with attention to detail and quality
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workstation throughout all hours of operation
- Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders to ensure freshness and availability
- Execute cooking using a variety of culinary techniques and ensure appealing food presentation
- Prepare and serve customers in an open-air kitchen environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience as an entree line cook with customer interaction
- Proficient in operating kitchen equipment and following sanitation procedures
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and delicious food
