Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining the salad bar workstation for breakfast and lunch service
- Cook and arrange food using various culinary techniques for appealing presentation
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized kitchen and work area
- Check ingredient quality and manage food storage, stock, and incoming orders
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in foodservice is required
- Proficient with knife skills and various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
