Your Role as Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead through service—setting the tone for each shift and developing others while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Serve as a role model by living out our purpose and values
- Coach, develop, and support team members and new hires
- Create a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability
- Respond to guest needs with urgency, care, and professionalism
- Manage opening/closing duties and key-holder responsibilities
- Oversee cash handling, accuracy, and daily financial processes
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
