What You Need to Know Before You Apply
This role is demanding and requires an individual who can consistently deliver exceptional service. Please do not apply if:
- You are unavailable for shifts at 7:00 a.m. or evening shifts at 8:00 p.m.
- You do not have reliable transportation
- You are unable to work Saturdays.
- You are not willing to work hard and uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards.
- You are not comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
- You are not committed to arriving on time each day with no excuses.
- You are not open to being held accountable for your responsibilities.
- You are not willing to interact warmly with every guest.
- You cannot maintain restaurant cleanliness expectations, including restrooms, dining room, patio and condiment stands.

Key Responsibilities for Hosts/Hostesses:
- Warmly greet guests, offer assistance, and provide attentive hospitality throughout their visit.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, seating area, and restrooms, including taking out trash.
- Keep high-traffic spaces tidy and stocked.
- Engage guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a welcoming attitude.
- Clear tables quickly and efficiently to maintain steady seating availability.
- Assist guests with needs such as high chairs, refills, and table touches.
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s service and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Support the restaurant’s mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to excellent guest service.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs when needed.
- Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
