What to Expect in This Role
Working in our Back of House means being part of a fast-paced, high-energy team that takes pride in delivering quality food with care and consistency. This role is both rewarding and challenging, offering opportunities to grow, learn, and make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Work across multiple kitchen stations (fries, breading, prep, assembly)
- Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and efficient
- Support your team by working with urgency and purpose
- Follow all safety procedures and operational standards
- Complete training and stay current on new products and processes
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Availability Requirements
To best serve our guests and team, candidates:
- Full-Time should be available for early morning (5:30 a.m.) or evening shifts (until 11:00 p.m.)
- Part-Time positions will be based on your availability and the needs of the guest
- Should be able to work Saturdays for Full and Part-Time team members
- Have reliable transportation
- Are committed to showing up prepared and on time
