What You Need to Know Before You Apply

This position is challenging, and only the best will succeed. Please do not apply if:

  • You are unavailable to work opening shifts at 6:00 a.m. or closing shifts at 10:00 p.m.
  • You do not have reliable transportation (public transportation can not accommodate the above requirements)
  • You are unable to work Saturdays
  • You are not willing to work hard and uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards
  • You are not willing to work outdoors in extreme conditions, both hot and cold
  • You are not committed to arriving on time each day with no excuses
  • You are not open to being held accountable for your actions
  • You can not work with urgency, under pressure
  • You can not multi task
  • You are not willing to greet each guest with a friendly smile

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to lift and carry 30 lbs regularly
  • Flexible availability and willingness to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outside in both hot and cold weather
