Chick-fil-A Oshkosh is hiring for Evening Back of House (Kitchen) Team Members.
We are looking for reliable, high-energy individuals to join our evening kitchen crew. Shift Times: Primarily 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM (flexible start times available to accommodate class schedules). Please note that Saturday availability is required for this role so that our team can fairly share weekend shifts.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare Food: Cook, assemble, and prep food items accurately while following strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Keep Things Moving: Work efficiently under pressure to ensure hot, fresh food gets out quickly during our heavy dinner rushes.
- Maintain the Kitchen: Keep the heart of the house clean, stock stations with fresh ingredients, and help with standard close-of-business cleaning tasks.
- Work as a Team: Coordinate closely with other kitchen staff and the front of house to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
