We are looking for energetic and highly motivated team members with excellent hospitality instincts to serve our guests in the dining room during peak hours.
Consistent Saturday availability is required (at least lunch or dinner hours)
Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.
- Work a peak hours shift 2-3 times a week (typical shifts are 11am-2pm or 4pm-7pm)
- Consistently provide excellent customer service and hospitality during the peak hours by meeting our guests needs as they enjoy our dining room
- Provide a safe, clean, and comforting environment for our guests
- Meet our goals regarding Customer Experience scores (specifically Overall Hospitality and Cleanliness)
- Collaborate with coworkers to create high-quality dining experience for our guests
- Other duties as assigned
