What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the restaurant (front and back of house) environment with energy and professionalism
  • Maintain systems, controls, and operational standards
  • Coach and develop team members in a positive, productive manner
  • Energize and maintain staff morale
  • Lead productive, quality shifts
  • Keep guests at the center of every decision
  • Drive profit-minded operations while maintaining high service standards
  • Live out and model the beliefs and philosophy that define Roosters

You’ll set the tone for both performance and culture.
