What You’ll Do
As a Roosters Line Cook, you’ll be at the heart of the action:
- Prepare fresh, crave-worthy food using our proven recipes
- Master menu knowledge and line set-up/breakdown
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Work closely with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
You’ll play a key role in delivering the flavor and quality our guests love.
No Experience? No Problem!
We don’t just hire great people — we train them to be the best.
Through our industry-leading Passport Training Program, you’ll receive:
- Paid, hands-on training
- One-on-one guidance from our Certified Wingman Trainers
- Pay raises at 30 days and 90 days
