What You’ll Do
As a Part-Time Manager, you will:
- Lead shifts and help manage daily restaurant operations
- Support both front- and back-of-house teams
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service
- Maintain systems, standards, and cleanliness
- Coach and support team members in a positive, productive manner
- Help drive efficient, profit-minded operations
- Model and uphold the values and culture of Roosters
- Energize the team and maintain a strong, positive shift atmosphere
You’ll be a hands-on leader who sets the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and fun.
