We’re hiring Prep Cooks to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and our food tasting amazing!
What You’ll Do
As a Roosters Prep Cook, you’ll be the first step in creating the delicious meals our guests love:
- Timely preparation of all raw foods and fresh products for the line cooks
- Wash, clean, peel, dice, shred, and slice produce and food products using the provided equipment
- Follow recipes and preparation procedures for all menu items
- Review prepped items for quality, freshness, and proper rotation
- Portion meats, cheeses, dressings, and other ingredients with accuracy
- Demonstrate superior knife skills to chop, slice, and prep ingredients safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized prep area while supporting the kitchen team
You’ll be the unsung hero behind every great meal we serve!
No Experience? No Problem!
