Hospitality Manager

Executive-Level Front of House Leadership | $10M+ High-Volume Restaurant

We are looking for a builder of people, culture, and systems.

Our $10+ million high-volume quick service restaurant is seeking a driven, strategic, and people-first leader to serve as our Hospitality Manager. This is one of the top leadership roles in our organization, responsible for shaping and elevating the entire Front of House operation — Drive-Thru, Front Counter, and Guest Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

  • Cast and protect a strong, high-performance culture within the Hospitality department
  • Develop, coach, and mentor high-performing Shift Leaders and emerging leaders
  • Hold the team accountable to excellence while inspiring ownership and growth
  • Serve as a keyholder, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant

Operations & Systems

  • Design, implement, and refine operational systems that drive speed, accuracy, and hospitality
  • Own and improve service metrics and guest experience scores
  • Establish and execute labor strategies that maximize productivity and efficiency

Performance & Results

  • Lead with data and drive measurable performance improvements
  • Maintain high standards of execution and attention to detail
  • Take full ownership of department results

What We’re Looking For

1–3+ years of proven leadership experience

High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills

Analytical mindset with comfort around performance metrics

Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability

Ability to influence, coach, and develop others

Experience in restaurant or high-volume customer service preferred

We value character, coachability, and leadership capacity over tenure.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $17–$20 per hour
  • Based on a 45–50 hour work week
  • 40 hours at regular rate + 10 hours at overtime rate
