Sales Associate — Bedrock Ace Hardware
At Bedrock Ace Hardware, we don’t just sell tools we help our neighbors build, repair, and improve the things that matter most. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-focused Sales Associates who enjoy helping people and take pride in creating a welcoming store experience. Previous hardware experience is helpful but not required. We provide hands-on training so you can build the skills and confidence needed to succeed from day one.

What you will do
- Greet every customer and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Drive sales and promote store programs like Ace Rewards and promotions
- Help customers find the right products to complete their projects
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked departments
- Support merchandising, stocking, and store operations as needed
- Deliver the Ace Helpful experience to every customer, every time

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours per shift)
- Ability to reach, bend, and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds
Work Environment
This position operates in a retail store environment that may include moderate noise levels, moving equipment, and occasional exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures.
