Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Rally's. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in directing daily business operations, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are a highly skilled and dynamic individual with a passion for the food and beverage industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you to thrive and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with the General Manager and assist with project planning and staff management.
• Nurture positive working relationships with staff.
• Delegate daily tasks and ensure their completion.
• Address any issues or concerns in a timely fashion.
• Supervise staff and control merchandise.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Set a good example for staff and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good observation skills.
• An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
• Computer literate and basic Math skills.
• An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
