You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

• Possess an excellent understanding of the National Electrical Code
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
• Work with peers and leadership to evaluate job requirements and cost
• Able to operate heavy machinery (tele-handlers, trencher, etc.) We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success.
• Complete Main Panel Tie-Ins and Meter Taps
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues
• Be able to complete electrical work with minimum site visits
• Minimum 4-5 years relevant electrical experience
• Electrician license in Iowa and/or Wisconsin is preferred.

• Work cooperatively with a team to complete the installation of PV products
• Lead efforts on on safe work practices for the Field Operations team
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process by educating customers about the product(s) and offering real-time updates on job status.
