Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Low Voltage and Service Technician to join our team. The Low Voltage and Service Technician will be responsible for all aspects of low voltage systems, including configuration, installation, and maintenance of security cameras, network systems, audio/video systems, and golf simulators. Additionally, this individual will play a crucial role in monitoring, servicing, and maintaining solar arrays. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 


Responsibilities: 


Security Cameras: 

  • Install, configure, and maintain surveillance cameras and related equipment. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with camera systems, including wiring, connections, and software configuration. 
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance and functionality. 

Network Systems: 

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking and WiFi equipment to support low voltage systems. 
  • Optimize network performance and security to meet system requirements and user needs. 
  • Troubleshoot communication issues and implement solutions to ensure reliable data transmission and system operation. 

Audio/Video Systems: 

  • Install and configure audio and video systems including speakers, amplifiers, projectors, screens, TVs, and other related equipment in residential or commercial settings. 
  • Test and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure functionality and performance meets customer expectations. 

Golf Simulators: 

  • Install, calibrate, and maintain golf simulators ensuring optimal performance and user experience. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with golf simulator hardware and software. 

Monitoring, Servicing, and Maintenance of Solar Arrays: 

  • Monitor the performance of solar arrays using remote monitoring systems and onsite inspections. 
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance tasks on solar arrays, including testing and repairs. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solar array components to maximize energy production and efficiency. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in low voltage systems installation and maintenance preferred. 
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting surveillance cameras, network systems, audio/video systems, and golf simulators. 
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and principles, with experience in solar array monitoring and maintenance preferred. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
